Cancellations

All cancellations are subject to a non-refundable 3% fee to cover our fees associated with credit card processing. If you need to cancel or change your booking we require at least 48 hours notice. If you or your group need to cancel a tour with us with less then 48 hours notice from the scheduled departure time then we issue a 50% refund. Picture Perfect Tours Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a tour at any point and will issue a refund or a credit towards another tour of your preference
