About this Tour

Welcome to Cape Breton!

Hi Tanya,

We are excited to host you and your guests to showcase why we love living here along the northeastern edge of Canada.

For the fifth straight year, Cape Breton Island has been ranked #1 Island in Canada in Travel + Leisure’s World’s Best Awards and was also ranked in the #10 on Travel + Leisure’s list of the 25 Best Islands in the World.

Travel media consistently rank Cape Breton as one of the best islands in the world because of its breathtaking and dramatic coastal landscape, beaches, cultural history, outdoor activities, creative food scene, and infamous Cape Breton hospitality. It’s the perfect backdrop for a world-class touring destination and its friendly people and a safe, welcoming environment come together to make it a destination of choice for travellers from around the world.

This sample itinerary for 3 days and 2 nights in early September is very flexible and based on a group size of 4 guests. We could add other activities or stops as needed, or add another day to the itinerary if needed.

Let me know what you think!

You can book here directly by selecting September 3rd on the calendar and following through with the booking instructions.

Or to secure these dates, I can invoice you for a $1000 deposit with the remaining amount invoiced to you 60 days before the start of the excursion.

You can cancel at any point for a full refund (minus 3% for credit card payment processing) up to 90 days or more before the start date of the tour.

Cancellations made with less than 90 days notice will forfeit a $1000 + HST deposit.

For this reason, we strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance that includes coverage for cancellation, including for medical emergencies during the tour. “Cancel For Any Reason” or CFAR coverage is now readily available and we are happy to provide you with suggestions to find a suitable insurance provider from either the United States or Canada.
